By showcasing various new products in a diversified manner, it aims to bring an unprecedented experience to consumers, inject strong momentum into the industry's recovery, and deeply activate the innovation chain of the musical instrument industry ecosystem, jointly creating a more prosperous future.
Application Content
New Product Global Launch will cover three major phases: pre-exhibition, during the exhibition, and post-exhibition. In the early stage of new product collection, the organizing committee will widely solicit innovative works based on the application criteria, and select a series of "potential new products" as candidates. An expert review panel composed of industry authorities will deeply analyze and select these candidates, ultimately revealing the "Best New Product of the Year". At the same time, the event also features an online interactive section, widely inviting the public to participate and vote for the "Annual Online Popularity Award" through online voting.
(1) Application Requirements
Application Deadline: From now until September 5, 2024
The participating companies must be domestic and international exhibitors of Music China 2024.
The products for selection have not been released at similar domestic or international exhibitions or other platforms, and their debut will be at Music China 2024.
The research and development or market launch time of the selected products must be after January 1, 2023.
The selected products should have a patent certificate (priority for selection) / patent application acceptance document or other relevant certifications of independent intellectual property rights.
There is no limit to the number of new products each exhibitor can declare, but if the new product is a series, only one model can be declared for the selection; if multiple products are declared, their innovative aspects should be different.
(2) Application Materials
Enterprises that meet the application requirements can fill out the application form online and send the other application materials to the organizing committee's email wangzhuying@shanghai-intex.com before September 5, 2024. Late submissions or incomplete materials will be considered invalid applications.

① For printing: At least one product image without a background in PNG/PSD format, with a resolution of 300dpi and a size no smaller than 40cm*40cm.
② For electronic use: Up to 5 product images in JPG/PNG format, with each image not exceeding 1M in size, and a recommended dimension of 800*800 pixels.
3) Product Demonstration or Introduction Video (Mandatory): The video size should not exceed 20M, with an aspect ratio of 16:9, and in MP4 format.
4) Patent Certificate/Patent Application Acceptance Document, or Intellectual Property Related Certification Documents (Mandatory).
5) Product Evaluation Report or Other Supplementary Materials (Optional).
Award Settings
(1) Best New Product of the Year
- Free four-day display in the exclusive new product launch area at the exhibition site.
- Invited to attend the award ceremony and be presented with a plaque on the red carpet.
- Eligible to sign up for exclusive interviews and product roadshows (priority scheduling will be given).
- Comprehensive promotion across multiple platforms from pre-exhibition to the exhibition period.
(2) Finalist New Products
- Invited to attend the award ceremony and receive a certificate and plaque.
- Eligible to sign up for exclusive interviews and product roadshows at the exhibition site.
- Comprehensive promotion across multiple platforms from pre-exhibition to the exhibition period.
* The list of selected entries will be announced on the official platform of the organizing committee. Once announced, the list will not be changed unless there are special circumstances.
On-site Activities
(1) Award Ceremony and Launch Event
On the morning of October 10th, the first day of the exhibition, the "2024 Music China New Product Global Launch" will be held. It is planned to invite leaders of the association, expert judges, representatives of manufacturers, dealers, veteran players, and media from home and abroad to witness the awarding and release of the selected new products. At the launch ceremony, the "Best New Product of the Year" will receive a plaque and certificate from the special award presenter on the red carpet, and some selected "Best New Products of the Year" will demonstrate and launch their products on-site.
(2) Exclusive Interviews and Product Roadshows for Enterprises
All selected enterprises are eligible to sign up for exclusive interviews and product roadshows from October 10th to 13th. The organizing committee will invite industry professional media to have in-depth exchanges with representatives of the selected enterprises, to discuss the product concept and features, and to launch and present new products. At the same time, the organizing committee will specially set up a free exclusive roadshow stage for the launch of new products by the selected enterprises.
(3) Offline Special Zone and Exclusive Badge
During the four days of the exhibition, a special "New Product Launch Display Area" will be designed and constructed on-site at the exhibition hall. The "Best New Product of the Year" will have the opportunity to display their products for free in this area. Selected enterprises will also receive specially made badges from the organizing committee for the display and promotion of the awarded new products at their own booths.
(4) Expert Reviews and Industry Evaluations
The organizing committee will invite professionals such as teachers from professional institutions, musical instrument players, veteran players, and industry associations to provide professional product reviews for the "Best New Product of the Year," offering constructive suggestions for the development of new products. They will also actively facilitate expert evaluations of the new products, to understand the core quality and technical elements of the products, and to promote product research and innovation.
Promotion and Marketing
(1) Online New Product Launch Event
After the announcement of the "finalist new products" and during the exhibition period, the organizer will present a series of online new product launch events on the exclusive mini-program of the event. This will increase the exposure channels for the selected new products and warm up the promotion for various new product activities held at the exhibition site. Online features include graphic and text presentation of the finalist new products, video display, and audience liking to vote for the "Annual Online Popularity Award," fully mobilizing the audience's interactive enthusiasm to achieve an effect of mutual momentum between online and offline.
(2) Live Streaming
The selection of new products at the exhibition site will be live-streamed through the official platform of the exhibition. After the live broadcast, it will automatically generate a replay. Through the form and platform of live broadcasting, the heat and dissemination of the event are extended, providing more multi-dimensional publicity channels for all new products, and also providing more windows for online and offline audiences to obtain exhibition content and new product information.
(3) Comprehensive Supporting Promotion
Selected enterprises will also receive comprehensive supporting publicity from pre-exhibition warm-up, in-exhibition reporting to post-exhibition review. The official self-media platform of the exhibition, authoritative professional media at home and abroad, well-known public media, and various printed materials directly cover more than 600,000 audiences. The media and cooperation platforms have accumulated strong resources. The exhibition site will also strongly attract traffic through various bulletin boards, signs, and other means, to expand the publicity and promotion benefits of the enterprise's new products in the most efficient way of communication.
