The Match Me service is a premium service provided by Music China, acting as a professional link between exhibitors and buyers, facilitating business connections between supply and demand both during and after the exhibition. This initiative aims to improve satisfaction levels for both exhibitors and buyers. The buyer service team members will offer personalized, one-on-one services to gather and verify details about the exhibiting companies and their products, as well as record buyer requirements, ensuring precise matches between buyers and sellers. During the exhibition, through various formats such as the business matching area, key buyer meeting area, business matchmaking area, and organized buyer visit delegations, we assist exhibitors and buyers to conduct discussions at booths or designated meeting areas. This approach enhances on-site communication efficiency and increases the likelihood of successfully concluding business deals.

VISA
For most countries, a visa is needed to enter China and the validity of one's passport should be no less than 6 months. Requirements vary due to different regulations of respective Chinese embassies in different countries.
We recommend international visitors to download and fill out the "Visa Application Form" from the link below. Visitors should also collect the relevant files as requested by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate of your home country.

A tourist visa is the fastest and cheapest way to enter China and participate in a trade show. The validity of a tourist visa is generally 30 days. Most tourist visas are available without formal invitation letters. Itinerary, flight and accommodation reservations will be enough. However, tourist visas are sometimes very hard to get and even unavailable in some countries. Please confirm with the Chinese Embassy of your country in advance.
Business visas are more complex and require a formal business invitation. We thus suggest starting an application in advance. Orient Explorer China can assist with this step of the application. The visa application takes at least 1 week to process. We recommend you plan on waiting 2-4 weeks for your visa to be completed. Please fill in and submit your application form, with photocopies of your passport attached. If you want to apply for a visa, you need to confirm and pay relevant application fees in advance.

Music China 2024 is set to continue building itself as a global music instrument exhibition. The total exhibition area will exceed 150,000 square meters, spanning 14 major halls of the Shanghai New International Expo Center. It is expected that more than 2,000 companies from over 20 countries and regions will bring new products to the exhibition, gathering for this grand event. During the exhibition, a series of concurrent activities will be launched, including Music China New Product Global Launch 2024, Industry Forum, How-to sessions, Master Classes, Music China Educational Program, Activities for Elder Music Lovers, MusiX LAB, and Never-ending Music - Live Shows. These activities will further empower the new development of the music instrument industry and play a new chapter of national love for music.
The Music China 2024 will be held at SNIEC (No. 2345 Longyang Road) from October 10th to 13th, Thursday to Sunday.

Music China 2024 fully implements a reservation and ticket purchase system. Visitors who complete pre-registration before August 31 can enter for free. From September 1 onwards, visitors must purchase tickets in advance to enter. The ticket purchase channel for visitors will be closed from October 10.
Enter the official WeChat public account "Music_China" and click on the "Audience Service" in the menu below, then select "Pre-registration" to complete the pre-registration process. Alternatively, you can add the assistant's WeChat "Yue Xiaowei" (account: Music-yxw) to obtain the registration link.
Overseas visitors or those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan can add the assistant's WeChat "Yue Xiaowei" (account: Music-yxw) to obtain the registration link. At the venue, they need to present their original passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents for verification by the staff before entering.
Visitors who have completed their reservation can choose to enter on any day they prefer. The professional visitor day will feature more business-related activities, while the public day will offer more interactive and experiential activities.
To obtain an invitation letter for Music China 2024, you can follow the official WeChat public account or the official website of Music China. The latest information will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
Visitors who have successfully completed their reservation can choose to enter and visit on any day during the exhibition period. However, for the safety of yourself and others, it is recommended that you try to enter during your reserved time slot to avoid peak times.
After submitting the relevant information, if you receive a confirmation text message indicating that the registration is successful, it means your reservation has been confirmed. On the day of the visit, be sure to bring your personal ID card to the "Pre-registered Visitors" counter to exchange for a badge and enter the exhibition.
