  • 01. Contact our sales team

    提交《展位申请表》后,请耐心静候佳音。展会销售人员会根据申请表提交的先后顺序,致电联系您,确认展位具体事宜,请注意接听电话;

    销售人员联系您时,请务必确定预定的展馆、展位面积,并说明其他相关需求,以便为您安排合适的展位。如需同时预定广告、升级标摊、会议室等相关服务,请咨询销售人员。

  • 02. Confirm your booth area and booth number.

    We will reserve you booth for one week once you confirmed with our sales representative.

    Postpone of the deadline is accessible when check with our sales representative.

    If it takes you more than one week to finish your company procedure. Otherwise we retain the right to release your booth.

  • 04. Sign contract and make payment
    First Half Payment

    Within 15 days once the contract is signed.
    If overdue, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the booth.

    Final Payment

    Before July 30, 2025
    Otherwise, the organizer has the right to change the application content of the exhibiting company or consider it as a voluntary forfeiture of the booth.

    *If there are any changes to the above content, the final notification from the organizer shall prevail.
