  • 01. Contact our sales team
    在线填写预订意向表

    - 或微信搜一搜公众号 “上海国际乐器展” 点击菜单栏“关于展会-2025展位预订”，即可轻松填写并提交《展位申请表》；

    - 提交《展位申请表》后，请耐心静候佳音。展会销售人员会根据申请表提交的先后顺序，致电联系您，确认展位具体事宜，请注意接听电话；

    - 销售人员联系您时，请务必确定预定的展馆、展位面积，并说明其他相关需求，以便为您安排合适的展位。如需同时预定广告、升级标摊、会议室等相关服务，请咨询销售人员。

  • 02. Confirm your booth area and booth number.

    - We will reserve you booth for one week once you confirmed with our sales representative.

    - Postpone of the deadline is accessible when check with our sales representative.

    - If it takes you more than one week to finish your company procedure. Otherwise we retain the right to release your booth.

  • 03. Get your vertical marketing empowerment plan
  • 04. Sign contract and make payment
    First Half Payment

    Within 15 days once the contract is signed.
    If overdue, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the booth.

    Final Payment

    Before July 30, 2025
    Otherwise, the organizer has the right to change the application content of the exhibiting company or consider it as a voluntary forfeiture of the booth.

    *If there are any changes to the above content, the final notification from the organizer shall prevail.
