In 2025, Music China continues to deepen its global buyer engagement. Leveraging a high-quality buyer database built over more than two decades, the organizer analyzes purchasing intent across multiple dimensions—including product categories, order volume, and application scenarios—to refine detailed buyer profiles. This enables precise matchmaking between qualified buyers and exhibitors with aligned capabilities, facilitating efficient “one-to-many” business recommendations. Through an integrated system of data-driven tools and on-site execution, Music China empowers brands to expand into high-value domestic and international distribution channels, accelerate cross-border business development, and continuously energize collaboration across the global musical instruments supply chain.

Music China 2025 welcomed 114,283 unique visitors from 121 countries and regions, generating a total attendance of 144,055 visits—including 7,314 international attendees. To strengthen high-value business connections, the organizer hosted over 100 VIP buyer delegations from home and abroad. These groups comprised a diverse range of professionals, including distributors and dealers, music education institutions, cultural and arts organizations, music technology companies, and government representatives. Each delegation was assigned a customized exhibition itinerary tailored to its specific interests, along with dedicated on-site coordinators for the duration of their visit. This ensured buyers could efficiently reach target booths, gain in-depth insights into products and technologies, and experience a truly high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-conversion international trade matchmaking journey.

This year, the exhibition has specially invited high-quality buyers from key overseas markets—including Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America—to attend in person for on-site sourcing. Through precise matchmaking, Music China is further strengthening its role as a catalyst for global trade growth.

Music China presents a special buyer spotlight series, featuring in-depth interviews with eight buyers from both Chinese and international markets. Through their firsthand perspectives, the series explores global trends in the musical instruments industry, evolving procurement needs, and key market insights—while highlighting the unique value Music China delivers as a truly global trade platform.
